Donors should have waited at least 8 weeks since their last donation. The next drive will take place on Thursday, November 16, 2006 and will again be at First United Methodist Church Tenant Hall from noon until 6:00 p.m. Also, volunteers are needed to assist in preparing participants for giving blood and to pass out refreshments afterwards. Every year the Salvation Army calls upon the community to assist in defraying some of the costs associated with its Albion-Homer emergency services. Community-minded volunteers will be needed to staff kettle sites in Albion and Marshall.
